You don’t have to be in medical profession to get married in this central Edinburgh venue! The ceremonies are hosted in the book-lined library and I like photographing there as it offers me an additional vantage point from the gallery above. It is a great venue for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships and I documented there many Interfaith, Humanist, Same Sex, Christian and Indian ceremonies. You are receiving exclusive use of their free historic rooms but I would also ask for access to the Queen Street Gardens. The interior is perfect for these atmospheric, romantic wedding portraits but imho spending some time in the fresh Scottish air adds a memorable experience to your wedding day photography. The Great hall is spacious and high for your evening festivities and dancing and the venue is also fully accessible.
